In most cases we should be able to replace your damaged item. Please follow these steps to initiate a replacement:
Once damage is confirmed, we will request for you to send the item back to us in its original packaging, or in some cases we will request for you to destroy the item.
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will send you an email with a new tracking number for the replacement item.
If a replacement is not possible, store credit will be issued. We are unable to accommodate replacement requests if more than 14 days have passed since your item was delivered. Gift cards are non-refundable.
